What does your surgeon's plan say? There are almost as many different plans as there are surgeons, and regardless of what is on anyone elses plan, you need to stick to the one provided by your surgeon. Just my opinion for what it is worth.

You should really try Sugar free ice Popsicles. You can find them at wal-mart. They have been saving butt these past two weeks

You will be eating again before you know it. It's momentary, light affliction and you can DO IT!! Just be patient. sugar free candies are helpful too. (hard candies, not the chocolates and stuff) We're in a marathon, not a sprint, so pace yourself and remember the prize!! SKINNY BUTT!!!!!!

Try some Laughing Cow wedges. They are super soft and will give you that great CHEESE taste!
