My doctor has required we take the bariactric advantage shakes pre and post op. They really aren't too horrible. They are packed with protein and have low carbs.

22 days for me too! I'm do ready for this!

I just ordered more bars online at https://www1.bariatricadvantage.com/catalog. Congrats on your new date! It's really happening!!!

Good luck, I hope all goes well and you have a quick recovery!

I forgot to mention,,Chike Strawberry Burst is the best protein shake I've had by far. It tastes like strawberry milk..even when you mix it with water and it's 28g of protein per serving. They have other flavors too but I've only tried the strawberry. Check out http://www.chikenutrition.com/index.html Everyone's tastebuds are different but this was best to me.

Did u call the Dr office

Heck no! Lol. I'll prob. Just keep it like it is.

If I can offer you any encouragement, take all your large sips of liquid because after surgery, you will only take baby sips and it can test your patience. I am excited for you and will be praying for you.
