Wheezy Whispers-AKA September's Goals

:sick :speechles :) :cry :biggrin1: :guess :tired ;) :kiss2:   :faint: :) :help: :scared:

Ok Mandi, You started this!

We could use this thread for September's goals.

I would like to lose at least 8 lbs.

I will exercise at least 3 times a week.

I will be careful not to eat junk food. I better hurry and eat the cheese Crunches I bought today. I have 2 days to get rid of them. :hungry:

Good Luck to everyone in September!!

wow wheezy.....it shouldn't really be like that.....r u sure you aren't too tight?

I know but the weird thing is, I haven't lossed anymore weight yet. Maybe it will start coming off soon. Really though by suppertime, I can eat quite a bit, so I am not really worried. I think that I will just have to learn what it is I can eat without this happening.

Thank you for your concern, and I will be careful

Hey guys!

I don't want to sound like an idiot, but what does "PB" and "PD" stand for? I'm fairly new still here in lapband land and was just wondering. Thanks!

Teri

Dawn, you are amazing. You have lost all that weight without having the terrible side effects. Since my second fill, hardly a day goes by that I don't pb. Breakfast and lunch are the worst and by supper it gets better.

Be careful, Wheezy, from what I've read on these boards too much pb-ing is very bad for your esophagus. It will become inflamed.

:) (Pb means productive burp; this describes when your food comes back up the same way it tried to go down.)

My dh and I are off to Montreal tomorrow to see a football game, then to Plattsburg, NY for shopping and the following day to Lake Placid for some R&R. This crazy lady that I work with has really stressed me out and my hb has been doing his boss's job for the last 8 weeks (his boss found another job in PEI). They offered my hb the job but he turned them down. It's just not worth all the headaches for the extra dollar an hour. In the meantime, we both are in need of some relaxation....away from work.

Oh Cool, Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease take me with you. I need to go away to, I promise I won't speak, I'll just sit there.:D

Hop in your car and drive 6 hours east. I will pick you up on the 401.

Alright!!!!!!! I wonder if my family would notice me gone?

Oh ya on Sunday night when the dishes all piled high and theres no toilet paper left on the roll!!! But I'm good til then!! :cry

LOL @ Cloe!

Hey Wheezy...have a GREAT shopping and R&R trip!!! I remember the days of shopping in Plattsburg...yeeehaaaa!!!

Relax and enjoy yourselves.....recharge and all!

Wheezy you totally deserve to get some relaxation. I hope you have a worry free time.

I'm back from our little get away and we had a great time. Something about the rustic life in the Adirondacks. Lake Placid was very placid, not much going on. Too early for sky season, too late for the fall foliage. I was soooooo peaceful. Plattsburg was good, got a lot of Christmas shopping done. It's my dh's birthday today so I bought him an iPod and new ski jacket. I cooked him his favorite meal, a turkey dinner.

I'm taking a couple of more days off work to catch up on housework and I am developing a web page for my husband's new business venture. I've never done it before so it will be a challenge. I've got lots of reading to do. When it's done I'll post the link, you can tell me how I did.

I've missed a couple of days so I've got some catching up to do with your posts. I think next time I go away I will bring a laptop with me so that I don't miss anything. I Hate to miss anything!!!
