Protein Shakes The Best, The Good, The Okay, And The Don't Do It List

I am putting together a list that can help us pre-op sleevers choose which Protein shakes we should purchase. Although everyone has different taste buds I still think it could help :wub: If possible please include store, website, or cost of item if you know. :rolleyes:

There is a really good Peanut Butter chocolate. You get it from netrition.com

It's called PVL whey Gournet peanut butter chocolate. It's kind of expensive for only 2lbs though.

I get Gaspari Myofusion Peanut Butter chocolate from vitacost.com You can also get the nectar flavors there, if you find one you like. I also get my Sytrax Matrix from Vitacost. I like it because it's the lowest carb lowest calorie for the best taste.
