Small steps exactly! Slow n steady wins the race . I used to wear 12 or 14 depends. Some of those I couldn't even wear bc ALOT of pants are made for small waist big bottom and I'm the opposite smaller bottom bigger waist.... An apple I hate it! Rather have a juicy butt!
