To Anyone Who Has Lost At Least 200 Lbs- How Long Did It Take?

I'm just trying to get a general idea of how long it will take me to lose (not "loose";) ) 200 lbs. I know everyone is different, but just generally speaking....

Good question. My starting and goal weight numbers are pretty close to your's. I'm curious to hear from other 200+ people as well.

My surgeon told me 18-22 months....he also wants me to be around 160...which means losing 281 pounds...my goal is 200 lbs...which is losing 241 pounds...so rough estimate...14-18 months...

Ok...so in a year, I might have made some pretty decent headway. I can dig that.
