Calcium and heart attacks link.

As the link is with calcium supplements and not dietary calcium, i need to increase my intake through dairy products and decrease reliance on supplements.... So low fat cheese, milk, yoghurt etc..are back on the menu . I need to find a good vitamin D supplement now.
