8 Weeks Yeaterday And Period Started 7 Days Early?

Ok I've always been clockwork on my periods. The first one after surgery was rough with lethargy and cramps but came right on time. This time at 8weeks out it started 7days too early and as heavy as normal. Anyone have any explanations?

Yep...it is all related to the fat you are burning. When you burn stored fat you release estrogen into your body...loads of it. The fast you burn that fat the more estrogen you have in your body...that cause havic with your cycle...it will even out eventually. Joys of womenhood :P
