I took this picture today and I have to say, I am loving me a whole lot these days. I think it is important that through this process, we finally start loving ourselves. I hope everyone looks in the mirror and sees themselves in a whole new, beautiful light. Everyone here is doing so well.

I feel the same way when I look at old pic from 2 months ago and 50 lb I hardly recognize me. You look great

I just can't believe how much happier I am! There is so much "self-louthing" (sp.) when you are fat! I was mad at myself for getting fat! Hated the way I looked. Now, I am in size 16's and getting compliments everyday. I love the way I look and feel. I also feel so much more healthier. Life is good!
