How Much B12 & How Much Calcium Citrate Do You Take?

I bought Vitamin B12 2500mcg, not sure how many of those I should take?

Also bought Calcium Citrate chews that are 250mg & wondered how many of those I should take.

I think it is 2 of each, but cannot remember. So will wait to take them until I get an answer!

I use a bariaric multi. I take three a day, so that would be 420mcg B12 (which is 6999% RDV) and 900mg calcium (90% RDV).

BTW we actually absorb (we as adults, not sleevers) about 2% of the B12 we take as a supplement. might be a little less or more. Sine it's a water-soluble vitamin, we just pee the rest out. That's why it comes in megadoses that are so many times over the RDV.

I take the Sublingual B-12 2500 mcg every two days because I have low B-12. I was taking it every other day but when they checked my levels, they were higher than what they wanted( the bari doctor). She told me to check with my pcp since they already had me taking it if I should sustain high levels. The calcium is 3 times a day 500 per dose. The b12 is 5000 mcg a week.
