Did Anybody Have Anemia Before Going Into Surgety?

I'm anemic, I've always been in the low iron category.My doc says I should be fine n to continue on my iron supplements.I'm getting sleeved on 5/21...Just curious to know u guys experiences!

I had anemia and trust me it does not effect the outcome of surgery in anyway! You will come out on the losers bench safe and sound.

I've been slightly anemic for a long time and it had no effect on me before or after surgery.
