I have this problem...its the food that u hadn't digested..if it sits on your chest it will come back up

Im about 2weeks out and first week I was loosing this week I gained some back. I do worry that mu body will start that yoyo effect, where u loose 10 n gain back 20.That's negativity I had to overcome n realize my body just went through a major change and I have to give it time to adjust.. Keep ur head up, the results will come..

I am noticing that im able to take in more liquid as days past. I'M a.week post open..did anyone else experience this? Im always thirsty.

Im definitely not gulping but I notice im.taking n a little more..I guess im worried that I did something to my sleeve after one week..lol

Make it easy on yourself. Don't go running around yelling it the world that youve had it done..tell ur immediate family, clothes friends if you wish that's up to u.but honestly if people ask and u want to share that info then that's is the time to do it, otherwise its not there business to know...People naturally come to there own conclusions anyway.

I got home today, 4 days post opt. I Havent lost any weight at all...evn though I felt like I did, but I do know I'm pumped full of fluid n will probably stay bloated until I eat solids..I don't feel all that different from before having the surgery..any body have pointers n tips..

I will..I had the ruff days past n I got home out of curiosity on the scale I actually gained a few lbs..mainly fluids..one thing i can say is stick with it guys the first few days suck but it does get better.

What I meant is since my eating was cut back to mainly fluids during the liquid diet phase it wasn't thar hard to transition after surgery...by now my body is use to fluids..but I'm not hungry...its different for everybody..n yes I'm keeping preopters posted with any experience I have..

I am 4 days out n only had water..I'm going to try some broth n stuff when I get home. I just got discharged n I can't tell I lost a few lbs not sure female where.but I feel better...can't wait to be in my own bed

FHi guys its me..I am still in hospital I am having a hard tome keep water down so I'm here.nausea n vomiting is happening..I hadn't had any fjids besides water..n o feel a little hungry n sleepy..my chest hurts all the time..I all keep y'all posted..anybody else had this experience

OMG ice chips are the best..if thy made flavored ones would be great..plain water sucks..but ice us perfect...

I'm three days post open and still in hospital...I want to go home but I can't go until I meet my water quota...I'm tired but at least I'm off the Iv that thing sucks..I'm really missing my own bed now

Well guys my surgery is in 2 hours. I'm not nervous or anxious but I probably will be when I get prepped for the procedure.So let's see, sleep I don't think I had a decent nights sleep for days leading up to today.I guess anxious is the best word. After doing the all day liquid diet, I'm not physically hungry its more of a mental hunger. If that makes any since. My mouth is dry, n all the above. I will keep u guys posted on what to expect bc I know there is always more information n stories that people want to hear..The good the bad and the ugly!
