I am considering self pay and Mexico seems like the ideal location. Has anybody had the band removed and the sleeve procedure done at the same time in Mexico? Do you have any suggestions of what Doctors to use and what facilities to go to?

If you check out the self pay Mexico forum you will find many that will do a band to sleeve revision, and many of the doctors are very good! The hard part can be picking one. . I personally am scheduled with Dr Kelly in June.

Yes, Dr Aceves did my band to sleeve revision 13 months ago at one time. He is in Mexicali and operates in a private hospital. He and his staff are great and they have done 100s of revisions. He isn't the cheapest but I was not looking for the cheapest I was looking for a great hospital and a great Dr.
