Suggestion For Unused Cpap Machines..

I was recently asked if I could find a place to donate a used CPAP machine that someone had. I called a friend of mine who is the director of a free health clinic in my town and I also called my respiratory therapist. They both said donated CPAP's are like GOLD for people on Medicaid/Medicare or have no insurance. Apparently there are many people in nursing homes who could really see improvement if they had a CPAP. So, my goal is: to have my insurance pay for my cpap, use it religiously, get my sleeve, get off it, and donate it. :) IF you are done with yours and it is just taking up space, please consider donating it to someone who could really use it to change the quality of their life. :)

If you have one, you might want to ask if it's rented. My insurance rents them by month from an outside company. That's why I need another sleep test so I can turn it back in.

I have had mine for 4 or 5 years now - that's great to know that I can donate it when I am done with it which should be really soon!! Thanks for sharing!! :D

I'm a respiratory therapist. I know people look for use cpap bipap machines all the time because some don't gave insurance. Try eBay local newspaper u can sell them or Donate them.
