My aunt, who has the lapband (who will soon be switching to the sleeve) shared her little trick for getting her protein shakes down. At night when she is wanting something sweet, she makes a chocolate protein shake with a quarter of a banana and puts a dash of mint extract, helps with the taste AND the smell!! She made one for me with chocolate muscle milk protein and I swear it was close to a milk shake! You can buy all kinds of extracts at Wal Mart in the spice section, mint, coffee, cinnamon, lemon etc...

PB2 is a powdered peanut butter that has most of the fat removed. Their website is http://bellplantation.com/. I know you can also buy it on Amazon and in specialty stores. There's one in my area so I'm going to pick some up this weekend to try. Can't wait for the chocolate peanut butter!

What brands of SF syrups are the best and where can I get them?

I use Torani SF for my lattes and I've heard other people mentioned using that brand as well. They're all over the place, including Target and Walmart.

There's Torani and Da Vinci, most people have heard of Torani I think they are sold in more places. Also I do not know if Da Vinci makes sugar free and I know Torani does. They are super sweet to my tastes, less than a 1/4 tsp in a serving of greek yogurt is enough for me
