Shirataki Noodles (Tofu Noodles)

Shirataki noodles (tofu noodles) are definitely worth a try. We had them tonight for dinner. We made it with a pad tai sauce, Peanut Butter, lime juice and a little hot sauce for a kick.

They aren't bad. Not fantastic but definitely better than no noodles at all and I can have them on my stage 3 soft food diet. :). Later on this week we r going to try them again with Alfredo. I'll keep you posted.

Definitely worth a try though. Only 20 calories per serving. No gluten, no sugar.

I like them too. The key is definetly rinsing them well! I wish my store carried more than just the spaghetti style. Also, try them with some of the Philadelphia creme cheese flavored stir ins. Yummy.

Definitely rinse and let them dry out a little.
