Need more Fiber in my diet but seems like most good fiber sources have alot of carbs, looking for suggestions.

_{Also, I am assuming you are wanting the fiber for bowel issues. If so, I recommend taking magnesium. Post op we don't get enough dark leafy green vegetables to provide us with the minimum amount.}

You can always use benefiber, it is what my nutritionist recommends.
