I do my proteins, and my Biotin.. but still my hair falls out, and falling out more recently!! I have been sleeved for a little over a year! What do you guys recommend to take to help my hair loss problem

I just a 3 piece set yesterday at walmart and it was 42.99 (so a lot higher than what I normally pay for shampoo sets)

The set has a scalp sunblock, shampoo and conditioner type treatment. Next time I am just going to buy the shampoo and conditioner individually - I rarely go out in the sun to use the sunblock lol but I will use it for the next 30 days and see what it does.

I am hoping by starting approx a month before surgery I can counter the loss. Box says you should notice a difference in 30 days.

o.k I am in. I am going to buy it too. I normally buy shampoo and conditoin by Ion at Sally's keratin treatment, total I pay is approx 20.00 so 20 will be worth it, lol.. (urgh... i am so expensive, lol)

I started out using the shampoo and conditioner everyday. Now I use it a couple of times a week. The stuff goes a long way. It does not sudds up like most shampoos. They told me to start out using about a dime size amount. I have really long and thick heavy hair, so I use about a quarter size amount. My bottles were 16.95 and 20.95. I am still using the same bottles I bought in December. Hope that helps!

sigh of relief!!!! Well I will keep this shampoo for me and only me... hubby and daughter... get your own darn shampoo!!!

Ok just a little fact. I was watching Dr. Oz last week and the average person loses about 100 strands a day. So if you see like a handful then I would be concerned otherwise it is normal to lose some. Hope this helps.

I bought their 3 piece set and used it for the month before surgery - my hair looks no different than it did with my other shampoo even though the package said it would LOL. So I am going back to my cheaper shampoo and will just keep my protien intake up and take Biotin and hope for the best!!!
