I've done wraps several times (5-10) times a few years ago when I lost weight through dieting. I think it does help thigten the skin. I plan doing it again at least once a month this time around. I will do anything I can to avoid anymore surgery. I firmly believe it helps to shape the body the way it should be. If you don't go crazy eating junk food afterwards the effects do last.

Someone else posted some other tips and tricks on here which includes dry brushing the skin. I've done that before too and I will start that again.

I swear by Mary Kay's Timewise body toning lotion. I have used it now for a few years and even with wt loss I have had in the past, it keeps up with the sagging skin and stretch marks. It is GREAT!! It also smells fabulous and costs WAY less than body wraps and can be used all over the body- places that a wrap can't easily work on. www.marykay.com/nmack4 if you are interested. :-)
