I would definitely up the calories a bit and see if that makes a difference. Everyone's body stalls at a point where its used to being at. In the past, have you dieted or been stable at this weight?
I don't feel like I'm eating much more than 4 to 500 calories a day, but Ive been stuck at 220 for a week. Ive been looking forward to getting out of the 220 into the teens, but they wont release me, darn 20's. I weighed 260, when I had my surgery on 12/12/11, so Ive lost 40 pounds, is that good? Its been 8 weeks, I kind of thought I would I would be losing it faster. Now this is my first stall, so its scary. Words from the wise please. Thanks Kathy. This is really making me sad.
