Hey all,
I'm about two months out of my surgery and I feel like I can eat a lot. A Typical day will be Breakfast which consists of maybe an egg, a slice of ham and maybe an ounce of cheese. For lunch I'll usually have maybe a Protein shake, and for supper i'll have a small piece of chicken with some mashed up broccoli and laughing cow cheese. I also snack throughout the day with little bites of Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, or maybe a slice of cheese. I kind of feel like I've healed faster then a few people, which has enabled me to eat more, and I also find that I get quite hungry shortly after I eat, even now after I've moved into more solid foods. Is this normal?
