Frustrated No Loss 8days 2 Months Out 17th

I am so frustrated 8days nothing I go to the gym everyday and Protein is in I am not eating nomore 700 calories I dont know what to do

Started 11-17 223 now 188

Congrats! you are doing just great! I am also at a stall and I'm 3 months out. Today I start the gym with a personal trainer. That should help. @ Biker thanks for the info on increasing calories on days that I work out. It is really helpful. ;)

Dang old stalls. Don't give up. Your body is adjusting to new weight.
