Congrats! Welcome to the loser's bench!! I can't believe you're ready to work out already!! Wow! You are doing great!! :)

The "full version" button is at the very bottom of the page and is grayed out until you click on it. It doesn't look like it will work, but it will. :)

I am at my parents house now so I can use the lap top. My phone sucks right now lol. I am so sore and achy but I am really ready to swim or even do the Water fitness. I wish I would have known how intense this pain and gas was going to be, though. I don't know WHAT i am feeling. I feel hunger, gas, pain, soreness, more gas, all at once lol. I felt hungry, took meds then felt nothing. Lots of nose bleeds too. BUT,,, This is so awesome! I am just going to ride the wave. I know my body has to regulate itself, I am going to be patient with it. My ticker is tripping but I don't care right now, Just so hyped up lol. purplebananna.gif

I am having a hard time telling on feeling from another. Is it pain? Hunger? Fullness? Gas? And what's with all the nosebleeds? Why does eating make me sleepy? Why is the smallest stitch the one that hurts? Did really gain weight? Ok...that's all for now lol. Nap time. Thanks to you experts for the help getting to know my sleeve.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
