Any self pay revisions out there? How much did you pay? Boy I"m just full of questions. I'm seriously considering this.

Well I haven't had my revision yet, June 2012, but the cost I was quoted was $17500 and I live in Houston

WoW! I guess that sounds about right. I've websites with the cost of the sleeve about $12K and if you figure about $5K to take out the band.

I'm not sure if you'd ever consider this, but since you didn't mention whether or not you would - I had Dr. Aceves in Mexicali in Mexico. He charged $11,250 for my band to sleeve revision and it was quite literally the best 11K I've EVER spent on myself. My life has changed so much for the better, and I thank GOD daily for him and my sleevie.

I considered going to Mexico, but my family would not support it, which meant that no one would go with me for support....I'm using Dr. Marvin in Houston and the 17,500 includes insurance in case of complications

I am self-pay also and I have researched revisions in Mexico. Dr. Aceves has always come up as one of the best and I am seriously considering him. If I had the funds I would have already done it!
