  • I'll pray for you. I understand how you feel - my surgery is soon. If all of these people on VSG talk can do it - we can too!

Sending prayers and healing vibes out for you

Well I suppose today is the big day. I just wanted to stop by and wish you well, and for a smooth and quick recovery. Remember to get up and walk as much as you can, it hurts to get up but once you get started with it, you will see it makes you feel so much better. Sip your drinks all day long and get plenty of sleep and rest too. Our bodies heal so much doing that.

Blessings!!

You must be getting prepped by now. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I won't be in your shoes until March or April. I hope your recovery is easy and quick. Keep us posted. We are all behind you.
