Calorie Point Testing At Lifetime Fitness

Has anybody had this test done? Its also called resting metabolic rate. A test that measures how many calories your body burns in a day at rest. This gives you an idea of how much you should being eating and working out to lose weight and gain lean muscle.

I had this test done about 3 years ago and it did help me lose 45lbs-- But I of course stopped working out and following the eating plan and gained it all back nearly.

When I had the test 3 years ago I weighed about 255lbs, and the trainer said I should eat 2500 calories a day to lose weight (and work out 4 days a week) and I did, and it worked!

So I am soooooo excited and nervous to find out what my metabolism is now that I have lost 55lbs since my last test, (and went through a month of being starved basically.)

Any thoughts, questions, input, etc, feel free!!!!

I will follow up with the results!!!!!

It will be interesting to see what it says. There's no way we could eat that many calories now so I'm curious to see what they say. I'm joining a gym tomorrow and I hope working out for the first time in a while won't be too hard since I'm newly sleeved. I'll be curious to see what those results say. Keep us posted.
