Officially Unbanded And Totally Sleeved!

Surgery was a success; no problems; speedy recovery- am already home resting- very little pain- only some tenderness @ site of drain and some nausea- I feel like I just did 100 sit ups is the best way to describe the discomfort. But I am happy that my worry and anxiety was for nothing and am glad to be home and resting. So happy to be part of this family and begin my new life journey :0

Congrats! Wishing you more and more success....I get my band removed and sleeved in June 2012...going to break it to my family on thanksgiving!!!

lml, Welcome to the loser's bench! I'm so glad that you're home and resting well!!

Good luck on your journey!! :) Congratulations on being sleeved! :)

Congrats!!! Good luck!!! You can do this! :)

Congratulations, I had band out and sleeve 8 days ago and consider myself very lucky, I have had worse pain from an abcess I had on my tooth. Although I had many problems with my band, it has given me the experience of living with a restricted diet. So happy to now face a future where I am not depending on how well my band is functioning.. Best wishes for the future, Fiona
