WOW!!!!!!!! You look AMAZING! You don't even look like the same person now. I am 3 months post op (7/29/2011) and I am down 37lbs. I think I'm one of the slower losers but that's ok with me. It's coming off and I am very happy so far. Keep up the good work and keep us posted.

I would love to share what I have been doing.

I am a little bit of a rebel. I think it is because I am a nurse! But I DO eat my 60grams of Protein per day. I do drink lots of fluids. I don't count carbs. I eat things like half an English muffin and a poached egg for a meal. I do drink diet coke and sparkling Water and a weekly beer. I eat about 1000-1200 cals a day. LIke my name says I can tolerate anything and possibly more food than some- but still have a lot of restriction! I do not want to lose weight super fast or lose muscle mass or lose my hair. I have not lost any hair yet as you can see in my pics I have a ton. (knock on wood) I eat lots of fish, cheese, imitation crab, turkey, tuna, and chicken. An occasional taco or slice of pizza. (about 3/4 of a slice or 3/4 of a taco) I do take 2 chewy Multivitamins a day, 2 chewy Calcium a day, a weekly B12, a Vitamin d, and Biotin (just in case) everyday! I do work out. 4 days a week at least. I do 30 mins on the track. I walk 2 mins then jog 2 mins and alternate. When I walk I use 5 pound weights to work out my arms. Any other specific questions let me know! :-) I am excited for you!

You look tiny in the last two photos! I never would have accurately guessed your current weight. I would have said you were much closer (actually below) your final goal. You are doing great! :)

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
