My Journey

I had a gastric sleeve done on September 28th. So far has been pretty good, with some bad days along the way. I have lost 25 pounds in 4 weeks and expect that will slow down now. Today is my first day on a soft diet and it just seems like there are so many choices after puree and liquid. I am hoping to meet others who have had this done and see if I can get any tips on how to succeed at this!
