I feel like I've ran 3 marathons non stop!!!

I am so TIRED! I am 4 days post op, feel like I am dehydrated and the hunger pangs are a BEAST! And of all places, I am at the airport waiting for my flight. This lady just sat in front of me with french fries and I don't even care for them I just want them because I know I can't have them.

I just want to lay out and sleep and eat her french fries. Before I had the surgery I had a horrible dream that involved me eating krispy Kreme doughnuts and fried chicken. This is not a good start and the fatigue and coldness is crazy! How long did it take for things to lighten up? I grabbed a gatorade to help with the dehydration while I'm traveling

Frozen ice pops was my saving grace during my first few days at home, are you on an acid reducer? I've read lots of people that have problems with hunger take an acid reducer and it really helps.

The first couple weeks are brutal. It does get better. I am four weeks out and feel 100% better. Hydration and some calories made a huge difference in how I felt. Hang in there.
