Breast?
After 80lbs, my breast are still in good shape. Have hope ladies. I use palmers firming lotion and vitamin oil on them twice a day (immediately after I shower at night and in the morning). I have 18lbs to go to my goal. I have noticed a little of excess skin but I have watched the skin firm and adjust as well, I know its the firming lotion. In the beginning I was using pure shea butter, the kind that you get from places like the african street festival. I have gone from a 40 DDD to a 36D/C (I was this size freshmen year of college) they aren't perky but they are not saggy. I also take biotin and drink water. Hope this helps

Hungry As Hell, But Scared To Eat. It Hurts Going Down!
I had this problem, I absolutely hated to eat and I feared that I would become malnourished. I felt like my throat was too small for the food and that it would some how burst, lol. I am now 5 months out and although it is much better I still sometimes have this problem. What worked for me was finding foods that went down easy and caused the least discomfort. Soups, applesauce, jello and oatmeal was my saving grace and the only solid foods I would eat. I also juiced and made smoothies in the blender. The beginning is hard because you get tired of eating the same ol thing but it will get better

Weigh In On The Sleeve
Hi Chyna, I got sleeved this past september when I was 25 and it was the best choice I have ever made. I have tried dieting and exercise for years consistently but it was never enough, I needed help. It is a great decision and a lifestyle change. Its still hard, but knowing you have this tool will keep you motivated. Congratulations on moving in the right direction. I'm here if you have any questions.

3 week post-op
It depends on how far out of surgery you are. I started eating oatmeal on my second week but only a very small amount. I too was hungry and just missed eating. I had a lot of trial and error. The sleeve is no joke, if it does not want to digest the food you will feel like you're choking or throw it up. Popsicles became my friend and those Naked drinks went down good

Any AA Sleevers experience keloid scars or hypertrophic scars?
I rub shea butter and vitamin E oil over my stomach everyday. I had surgery on 9-21-11 and I do not want the scarring. Someone suggested bio-oil and scar guard. I may check those out as well. I have noticed that the scars aren't darkening so I am going to continue my fight with my weapons shea butter and vit. E. Some are more discolored than others

Any Self Payers Go To Mexico?
I went to Dr. Almanza in Mexico and I had a great experience. I know that their are some people whose experience had not been as great as mine and I realized its because they go on the weekend. So my advice to you if you consider this surgeon go mid-week. I saw my pcp once I got back and everything checked out good with no complications. I did have motion sickness the first couple days afterwards but it went away. They have a chef and massager on staff. I stayed 1 day in the hospital and 2 nights in the recovery house.
