I'm so very happy and wanted to share my story and pics ... some of you already know ... i was sleeved by Dr Aceves on July 29 ( uneventful) ... my best friend was totally against it, she call the sleeve an abomination. My husband left me 9 days after being sleeved, my one year old came down pneumonia, and my house had been on the market for nearly a year with no offers... ok so I had a heart to heart with my bestie ( we are great and she is super supportive )... i divorced my hub (who is still supportive and encourages me),my son made a full recovery, and I'm closing on my house and move to Atlanta in a few days... I'm already dating and loving it ... and i'm so happy i was sleeved.... from 3x to XL and so loving life right now ...

Haven't really been on here, I've been killing it at the gym ( 2 hours and day) and packing my house ... starting weight 247 and current 194...

P.S. the dress in the 1st after pic is the same one from my before pic my mom takes in all my clothes... love having clothes taken in instead of let out ... ; )

I'm still pinching myself ... it's so hard to believe ... I can't wait to update this in 6 months .....

i agree through it all i just tried to stay focused on the positive... the sleeve has been a big positive distraction for me... i think things would have been much worse if i wasn't sleeved ... Loving my sleeve!!!!

i totally agree, it's a great feeling ... use to hide from the camera and now I'm front and center ...I'm so totally happy i was sleeved ... truly feel as if i have just began to live .... and enjoying every second....
