What site do you use to record your daily diet?

I've been using My Fitness Pal but not that happy with it. Are there any good alternatives? Would appreciate any suggestions.

I use myfitnesspal. What are you having issues with? There are alot of things you can adjust but not always easy to figure out how.

Seems like most people on here swear by myfitnesspal. I think you can add people as friends, maybe if you added a few people they could give you some pointers?

I've heard of others saying they didn't like MFP b/c it wasn't letting them go below a certain calorie goal, etc. I have never experienced that. It didn't like how low mine was, but after I went in on the site instead of the app it was fine. I used FitDay for years, but love MyFitnessPal sooooo much more.

I use sparkpeople.com for calorie counts and nutrient composition, but I actually write everything down in a little spiral-bound notebook that I keep on the kitchen counter.

I love fatsecret.com - it fits every need for me.
