On Friday it was the fourth day of my liquid diet. I went to the hospital to get all my labs done and to weigh in. I got on the scale(fun...not) lol and to my surprise I dropped 10 pounds since Tues. . I was like damn! So far has not been to hard and once you see the results it makes it so much easier to go through. So don't ever say "I can't" or else you will never get started and see what can happen!

I have yet to get on a scale but now i am wondering how much I have lost

BigSexxy, No I started my liquid diet on the second. I have my surgery on the 16th of this month. How did your surgery go?

I have my surgery on the 16th too big joe. I have lost 6 pounds on the liquid diet so far. it does make it easier to bare when you see results like that. where are you having your surgery?

Sassygirl09, My surgery is slated for the Fresno Kaiser and where is yours taken place.

mine is in bakersfield at adventist, dr. john garcia. so excited! and so hungry!!!
