I had my surgery with Dr. Cirangle, and I'll agree with those who say that his bedside manner is lacking, but that he's a very skilled surgeon. I've heard great things about Dr. Jossart, and I would suggest you go with him if he's available since he has both the experience AND the bedside manner. I also think the extra fees haven't been worth it. I thought there would be follow-up tests, etc, but I just have regular appointments where I get told I am not losing weight fast enough, and the on-staff nutritionist is only so-so. She really didn't tell me anything I couldn't find on this board, and she didn't know about things that I *have* found on this board. So, my feeling is Dr. Cirangle is a great surgeon, but you might be able to find someone just as skilled without paying the useless fees. Feel free to PM me if you have other questions. Best of luck!

I'm also in Bay Area and has anyone used Dr. Robert McKeen & his staff or Elite Surgical in Fremont? Any feedback?
