OMG day 6 and all I do is feel like super sick and can't stop running to the bathroom HELP

Am I the only one feeling this sick:(

I couldnt keep protein shakes down at all. I went and got some of the special k protein water mix and that was very helpful. and also the isopure protein water at the vitamin shoppe or gnc.

You could be experiencing lactose intolerance, or whey protein intolerance. You can soy or egg white protein mixes.

Call your doctor and let him/her know so they can prescribe you some nausea medicine, but I agree with Tiffany you could be experiencing a lactose intolerance.

HI! I CANNOT do protein shakes!!! I ca get in 2 or 3 sips...then gurgle, churn...and run to the bathroom. Mine is diarrhea though, not vomiting. I have tried almond milk and soy milk so don't ask me, I'm confused...lol. I drink the isopure water from GNC. It's pricey, but 40 grams in a 20 oz bottle, so I think its worth it. My doc does not seem overly concerned at this point...so I'm chugging along! GOOD LUCK.
