Does anyone know if Tomato sauce is allowed during the mushie stage, possibly with a little meatball mixed in..I am 11 days out and on mushies..thanks for your help!!

girl Sunday cant come fast enough

I was advised that tomato sauces might be too acidic for me - and they are :-) I can have a meatball in a creamy sauce, but any tomato based sauce still bugs my tummy. I imagine this is different for everyone.

My doc and nut told me no, until 6-8 weeks! That is no on the tomato product...

yeah, i would think NO on the meat, but the sauce would be o.k.

lemme clarify she said ground chicken or turkey...which is fine for me...i typically have turkey meatballs...but definitely no red meat for 6 mos

Aw, I love my tomato soup. This makes me so sad. I love eating it with unflavored protein powder and topped with a little cheese and greek yogurt.
