Flavored water instead of plain water

So I am wondering if I am doing any justice by drinking flavored water (adding the packets of flavor) instead of plain water? Will it help me lose more to switch to plain water? I have 2 weeks to lose about 10lbs, so I want to pull out all the stops. I am starting 5 shakes a day as I have had a salad or meat and cheese as a snack every so often. Strictly shakes from here on out!

My nutritionist said it makes no difference -- I have to add in flavour as well or it won't go down.

Thank you so much, I wasn't sure but I can't stand plain Water, yuck!

Yep, wut swilly sed. Use Crystal Light or Sugar Free Cool-Aid, what ever you have a taste for. You might want to dilute it so it isn't quite as strong - I know I do.
