I had sleeve surgery March 28th, 2011. I have been doing great, down 88 pounds. I gained 2 pounds last week and already 1 this week. I feel like my stomach might have stretched. I am still eating small portions but feel hungry more often. What should I do to get weight loss and stomach shrinking again. This is really depressing me.
I was sleeved on March 28th, weighed in at 290. I am now at 270 and have been here for weeks. I have excersized off and on walking about 3 to 4 miles when I do walk. I am not eating on a schedule nor drinking my 2 protein shakes per day on top of my meals. I am getting plenty of water in. So is it not eating enough that might be causing this stall? I want to succeed and am really discouraged right now. I want to lose much more but what do I do? Please help, I need all the help I can get.
So I am wondering if I am doing any justice by drinking flavored water (adding the packets of flavor) instead of plain water? Will it help me lose more to switch to plain water? I have 2 weeks to lose about 10lbs, so I want to pull out all the stops. I am starting 5 shakes a day as I have had a salad or meat and cheese as a snack every so often. Strictly shakes from here on out!
That is great! I have surgery one month from tomorrow! I am really excited but have to lose 25 lbs before then. I have lost about 13 in 3 weeks, just have to stay on the train.
Down 30 lbs and 14 inches from day of surgery and I'm happy with no regrets whatsoever!
I have just over 100 lbs to lose now and I'm wondering if July 19th (birthday) is a realistic goal? That would be so unbelievably awesome even though I think I'll have an amazing b-day and be happy with my progress even without reaching goal.
