Ok all. I'm down 50# now. Woooooo! At any rate still weigh in at 249#. Looking to go mattress shopping. Anyone have any suggestions for a good firm mattress that won't get 'sink holes'? Mattresses cost some serious cash and I would appreciate any recommendations. Want something firm for the ol back, and a product that will last. Thanks
