Tired of eating...weird I know

Every time I eat I can only get 1/4 of a cup of whatever down. I feel like I'm not getting my calories so I sip Protein drinks during the day. I had some spicy food and it's made my stomach sensitive. So today all I wanted was icecream. I 'm tired of eating. I'm tired of finding things to fill my pouch and the slight discomfort. I know I'm learning my body but I just wish I could get a break from the work.....I'm just venting.

I know if I dont' get all my cals, I'll stall...I'm just tired of thinking about it.

sometimes I wish i could stop eating..it does get soo tiring to get the little bit you have to eat down..Sometimes I have to stay up late to get my protein because I forget to eat what I need..

Yeah, the first month or two, eating can feel like a real chore. It gets better, I promise!
