Stall. I know it will pass but I still hate it.

It is been 4 days without any loss and actually 1 pound gained. I am eating properly, increased my protein, drink a lot... I know it is the infamous 3rd week stall but it is still disapointing and frustrating. How do I get to break this stall faster?

I would kill all the carbs.. I know that it is hard you have to shock your body..If you at 800 calories boost your calories to 1000. I have read a lot here and they say the fastest way to break a stall is shocking the body..do something completely different.

Best advice I ever received was to stop worrying and just let it happen.
