I am wondering if I should bring my list of questions with me to the first seminar I am going to on Tuesday, or if I should save them for the first meeting I have with the surgeon.

I have a ton of questions already, but does anyone have any suggestions for what I should definitely ask, in case I forgot some?

There were quite a few questions that people asked at the seminar I went to but mostly general stuff. The doctor encouraged everyone to ask the more specific questions on their initial doctor's visit. I have gotten a lot of answers from reading here but as I think of things I just ask the next time I am at the doctor's office since I am there every month.
