getting in food vitamins

Dr. Rutledge (the mgb guy) has research that it's far better to get vitamins from food tthan from tablets, and i wondered if it would be ok to eat a strawberry or watever between meals, maybe my tastes might change to veggies tho... i asked this question on another board and it started a fight, so please be gentle lol

Theren is no doubt that it's better, but what I understand is just in case we should take a suplement for the rest of our lives. I think one of the reasons is that there is no long term data on whether the sleeve could for some strange reason produce some kind of deficiency (which is quite unlikely), but better safe than sorry :P

I used to eat tons of fruit, veggies and variety, now not so much, but with time I hope to get more variety in... veggie soups as snacks and fruit in the shakes. I am even now adding a small amount of Acai/blueberry juice to my water once a day (a 1/4 cup). Im talking small amounts of calories... how can this be a bad thing?
