The ticker help tutorial does not work. When I paste the code into my signature, I get an error message that tells me

to go to the help menu. I am doing it exactly like the instructions say to do it.

I can't send any private messages because I get a pop up that says Undefined

I am getting really frustrated here!

What is frustrating is getting no response or help from the forum/website support personnel.

We were able to replicate the issue and are working to resolve it.

Thanks Alex.. I can calm down now. I've been trying for days to fix my ticker and it's pretty annoying to get through the whole process

100 times and have it not paste into the signature.

The "undefined" issue you speak of has been resolved.

I'm not sure if this will have resolved your issue regarding inputting your Ticker Code.

I just tested the ticker code through my own profile, and it appears to have edited my Signature without any issues at all.

Okay Ken , I tried it again and got the error code. I go to settings, profile, then signature, then paste the code in I get from the ticker factory. What am I doing wrong.

I sent the error message to you, and the code. You can make me a ticker if you want if you pm me the pin so I can update it in the future. I pmed you all my stats.

Daisy, looks like you got your ticker problem fixed, just wanted to make sure. I tried mine and had no problems.
