The BEST Low Carb Cheesecake!

Ok, I've done lo-carb on and off thru the years and am doing it again now with my sleeve with huge success. Anyway, I've also tried a couple of lo carb cheesecake recipes over the years and was mostly disappointed. Until last night - I got the urge to try it again and SCORE! I can't even believe this is sugar free with 2 yes TWO carbs. I was skeptical of course but this one really is delish!! This kinda thing makes me remember the glory of eating low carb - bacon and cheesecake -YES!!! http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/desserts/r/lcarbcheesecake.htm

:bounce:

p.s. I doubled the crust - just because. amazing. I also did the dry, 400/200 version.

Thanks for sharing ... May need to try that out.

Our local grocery store, Haggen, also sells a Cheesecake that is 2 carbs per slice. I love it with strawberries or SF chocolate Sauce. YUMMY!!!!!!
