Don't worry, if you check my other posts, you'll see that I struggled too, for 2.5 weeks. But alas, like everyone told me, the stall ended, and I've been breezing through. I too became very sad and worries, DONT WORRY.......

so i started losing weight finally after 3 weeks, but now i have gained 2 pounds back. has anyone had yo yoing on the scale?

I'm on day 22 and at a stall (my stall started about 10 days out) BUT if you read Maddie's post (link below)

http://verticalsleevetalk.com/post-operation-vertical-sleeve-gastric-surgery-vsg-questions-answers/8349-stall-s.html

THIS REALLY HELPED ME UNDERSTAND WHATS GOING ON IN YOUR BODY WHEN YOUR LOSING! HANG IN THERE IT WILL BREAK! Lots of people here went thru stalls and always say the scale will start to move again.. Good luck!

I made a promise to myself early post op that I would not look at the scare but once a week ... period no excuses. That seemed to help me alot. Even when I hit a stall it was easy to see that I lost .5 pounds instead of not losing anything or maybe gaining. Our body's really do go through alot during this surgery and healing. You have to allow the surgery to work, just follow the guidelines and you will see results.
