6 weeks out and exhausted

I went back to work this week and I'm exhausted by 3pm. Luckily I can come home early, but is there a cure for this? I'm doing the eating and drinking stuff I'm supposed to.

Honestly, I had the same problem. I found that it was important I got enough protein in or I became exhausted. I kept snacks such as almonds on hands for quick fixes. I also usually took about a 20 minute nap during lunch to refresh myself. After about three months, I wasn't having this problem anymore.

I too was extemely tired the first several weeks following surgery. Once I was able to eat and drink more it helped. Also, I switched to liquid vitamins because I couldn't keep the others down. 1/2 Tsp of infant vitamins daily has made a huge difference.

I have a protein snack at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. It really recharges me and keeps me going. When I substituted other kinds of snacks for the protein, I could feel a difference.
