no more than 30 grams per day. If I ate more than that during the losing phase, I did not lose.

Highest allowed was 40gr during the losing stage, and that is total carb. We didn't do that net carb crap. LOL In all seriousness, I stuck to about 30gr of carbs per day total. I lost 115lbs in 6.5 months that got me to goal. I added in more and more carbs and it did slow my loss down significantly. I went from dropping 15-20lbs a month to about 5-6lbs per month until my body finally settled where I'm at currently.

I haven't really been watching my carb intake since I made the choice to not eat bread or pasta of any kind. Tomorrow I will be one month post op and I am down 27 lbs. My avg loss per day is some where between 0.5 and 1.0 per day.
