Some of the people on the obesityhelp.com site recommend getting biotin. Nioxin Hair products are supposed to help too.

You can get clip in hair extensions, they work pretty well to up the volume without damaging your own hair.

I really don't have anything to clip on to. I have very fine, thin hair normally. Now- if I run my fingers through my hair, I end up with a handful of hair.

I will def buy a wig if my hair loss gets to bad, no bald spots yet but I'm only 3 1/2 mos out it supposedly gets worse at 4 mos.

I am in the same boat as you I all ready have thin fine hair you can actullly see my scalp. I have used Nioxin before it helped a little but not to much. I am curently taking biotin hopeing to build it up in my system before the surgery and I plan on gettin Nioxin again after the surgery. But I have a feeling I will wind up having to get some wigs( not looking forward to that )good luck
